Shake Shack Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay outlet is set to open on 28 August, and it will debut a limited-time Roasted Garlic Mushroom Burger and Crinkle Cut Fries topped with a made-from-scratch creamy, roasted garlic mayo. They are available at Gardens by the Bay from 28 August, and at other Shacks from 3 September till 15 October 2021.
When I first tried the Roasted Garlic Mushroom Burger, the cheeseburger was so juicy and flavorful that I couldn’t stop myself from taking big bites. Shake Shack’s Angus beef patty never fails to bring flavors into all their burgers, allowing us to enjoy it without needing to travel back to New York. It is also topped with sauteed portobello mushrooms caramelized in butter and crispy fried shallots with tangy roasted garlic mayo. The combination brings multiple textures in 1 burger, delivering layers of rich and savory flavors.
Not forgetting their limited-time Roasted Garlic Fries that are topped with roasted garlic mayo, parmesan, and a sprinkle of fresh scallions, it is also a tasty side for those that enjoy strong roast and garlic flavors with their favorite burgers.
Shake Shack X soph O
Once you enter Shake Shack Gardens by the Bay, you will be greeted with blooms from local artist soph O’s vivid mural inspired by the similarities between undulating terrains and varying plant patterns at the Flower Dome. Soph O’s art represents the interconnectivity of our community and a system of complex perspectives, evoking an uplifting mood like that of endless summers and everlasting blooms at Gardens by the Bay within Shake Shack.
As it sits within our country’s biggest garden, Shake Shack GBTB features a verdant visual experience and inviting atmosphere with florals and foliage curated by the horticulturists behind Gardens by the Bay. I was welcomed into the Shack with rich and bright flowers blooming along the main and front entrance while bedded and hanging foliage provide a lush setting for the outdoor seating. At the heart of the floating landscape is an eye-catching floral chandelier in the center of the Shack, making the restaurant environmentally beautiful!
As a celebration of the naturistic scenery, Shake Shack Gardens by the Bay also features two exclusives concretes – Berries by the Bay which has a vanilla custard base blended with forest berries jam and shortbread, topped with fresh blueberries and dried osmanthus flowers. The jam may not be strong enough for people who love berry flavor, however, it brings a sweet tangy experience!
Tropic Like It’s Hot is one of my new favorites as it is a refreshing delight featuring vanilla custard blended with mango, passionfruit, and shortbread, topped with mango chunks. As one who loves mango, you will be able to enjoy this dessert uncontrollably!
In line with Shake Shack’s mission to Stand For Something Good®, 5% of sales from the Shack Attack™ concrete will be donated to the Singapore Environment Council, a non-profit dedicated to sustainability issues and coordinated environmental efforts in Singapore.
Shake Shack’s seventh outlet will be open Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 8 pm and Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm.
