A work of art, the tendon showcases a plethora of ingredients prepared in tempura style, including Autumn harvests, maple leaf, sweet potato, shiitake mushroom, enoki mushroom and chestnut – this is the first ever chestnut tempura in Singapore!

Each bowl is served with Kohaku Tendon’s signature prawn, dory fish and chicken breast in tempura style too. Not forgetting the star of the show – 2 pieces of salmon are sandwiched with a layer of Hokkaido cheese and tempura.

The ingredients are then drenched with Kohaku Tendon’s special tendon sauce, which comes in both spicy and non-spicy options. There’s also an option to have the fluffy white or multi-grain rice.
