Preparation & Storage Tips:
• Consume within 2 days upon receiving the platter
• Keep fish and vegetable refrigerated and sealed if not consumed on the day of receipt
• For better Louhei experience, take the fish out of the packaging and lay it on a plate before adding in and tossing
